Learn to Read
Learning to read and write is so much fun at Discovery Tree Preschool! Our Pre‑K reading program is designed to have your child not only reading by the end of the year, but also truly understanding what they read a valuable skill they’ll carry confidently into Kindergarten.
Our interactive reading curriculum keeps children engaged as they meet the hilarious characters in our reading program books. Families can even follow along at home with our companion reading app, making learning seamless and fun.
We also offer an Extended Reading class for Pre‑K students. Across all of our classes, we incorporate Music and Rhythm to reinforce letters, sounds, and numbers because learning sticks best when it’s joyful.
Inspiring Creativity
Our classrooms are designed to inspire creativity in the children as they LEARN to LOVE LEARNING through an interactive, hands on, musical atmosphere.
Programs
We offer 2 day and 3 day programs for 2.5 - 5 year olds.
We also offer Kids Night Outs, at our preschool in Bluffdale for an evening of fun for the kids and a relaxing evening for the parents. During the summer we offer a few summer camps as well.

Our Policies and things you should know
Tuition Payments
Tuition is Due on the 1st of each month and is late after the 5th at which point a late fee of $25 will be added to that months tuition. Full tuition is due each month, we do not prorate for sick days.
Food Allergies
We will do several cooking activities throughout the year. If your child has any allergies please let us know. Please feed your children before, Do NOT send your child with food in hand to class.
Illness
Please keep your sick children home to help us keep our school a clean safe place to learn.
Dropoff/pickup
Safety is our number one priority. Please loop around the parking lot facing west in the loading zone. We have a 10 minute window before and after each class start/end time when one of our staff members will come to your car. If you are outside the designated loading times, you deserve to walk your child in for their safety and make sure they get in the correct class room.
Bathroom Accidents
We know accidents happen so Please always have a change of clothes in their bag in case they have a potty accident. If your child has a #2 accident we will call you to come and change them.
Birthdays
If your child is having a birthday you can send in a prepackaged treat to share. It must be store bought and contain NO PEANUTS.
Withdrawl
If you need to withdraw from the preschool for any reason we require a 30 day notice and cancellation policy.
